CAMBI DI DIREZIONE

This exercise has been created following the indications written in an article, found on the net, about changes of directions during a football/soccer match, where it has been said that the most used angles of changes of direction are between 30° and 60°.

I tried to carry out an example of exercise adding technique and individual tactic.

Player A juggles on over and try to score heading the pass of teammate B after 30° change of direction.

Then B receives the pass from C with a 30°/45° change of direction and dribbles among the stakes; he passes back to C when he finishes.

C dribbles between the shapes with a double change of direction (60° and 30°/45°).

B receives the ball from C again after 90° change of direction and a 1 vs 1 is played in the end to score in the main goal with goalkeeper.
