The goalkeeper passes the ball to the player with yellow jersey (1) who decides (2) where a 1 vs 1 duel must starts among the three squares (left side here).
Attacking (white jersey) and defending (red jersey) teams are already decided inside the squares; when the attacker receives the ball, he must be able to win the 1 vs 1 duel and shoot on goal (3) in five seconds (or before a fixed limit of time by the coach).
If he can’t escape the defender’s mark, he must pass back to the yellow jersey player (4), who pass immediately to the other two square to play 2 vs 2.
Anytime the defenders win the ball, they can gain a point if they are able to complete a pass to a running teammate over the last cone’s line.
