The player A dribbles untill the center cone of the rhombus and the he decides who is the first receiver (B in the picture).
The player who hasn’t receive the ball (C) runs till the higher cone to receive the second pass from B.
C dribbles back to his starting cone after a change of direction; then he pass to D in the starting point.
A runs to the free cone and the first receiver stays on the same cone.
Otherwise the coach can indicate specific changes of positions whatever is the sequence of the exercise.
