The player A passes the ball to B placed in the center cone and decide where he will receive the return pass (left in the picture).
B must pass to running teammate A avoiding the airbody’s obstacle. A pass then to C.
The player who hasn’t receive the third pass (D) runs till the higher cone as vertex to receive the pass from C.
E runs to the free cone as support to receive a back pass from D; then he plays a wall pass with B and he dribbles back to the starting point.
The first receiving player must runs to the outside free cone, the vertex player will run to the center cone as the center player runs to the starting cone.
Otherwise the coach can indicate specific changes of positions whatever is the sequence of the exercise.
