The players are placed on vertexes of four sides of a rectangle; the center player is inside a space marked with cones of different colors.
The coach must indicate him the gate where he has to run out to receive the ball and pass again on the other side after oriented first touch control (1 and 2).
The players on the vertexes must then switch their positions dribbling with the ball and accelerating without the ball (3).
The center player must run back in the square and start the sequence again following the indications of the coach (ex 4-5-6).
This exercise can be carried out with a fixed number of sequences or with a fixed limit of time for the center player.
