The players are placed on vertexes of four sides of a rectangle; the center player is inside a space marked with cones of different colours and with airbodies as obstacle.
The coach must indicate him the gate where he has to run out, escaping the airbody’s marker, to receive the ball and pass again to his running teammate, who has overcame the airbody too, after an oriented first touch control (1 and 2); the receiver passes forward to the other side following his pass (3).
The players on the vertex must then dribble back overcoming the airbody with a feint (4).
The center player must run back in the square and start the sequence again following the indications of the coach (ex 5-6-7-8).
This exercise can be carried out with a fixed number of sequences or with a fixed limit of time for the center player.
