This possession game has the goal to coach the build up from the back phase of play and the counter attacks after positive transitions if the ball is recovered.

A small sided pitch, with the needed dimensions, is divided into three areas. The red players receive the ball from the goalkeeper in the building up area and they must score in the mini goal,

passing the ball through the yellow free player in the middle of the field and playing with numerical advantage 5 v 3.

If the white defenders win the possession,

they can counter attack 4 to 4 playing with the same free player,

to score in the main goal.

The moves always start with the goalkeeper.
