First weekly session after a friendly match.
The session in organized as follow:
• Technical warm-up
• Technical developments to finish
• Small sided game
• Final game

The 23 players are divided into 4 groups from the warm-up phase and during the technical developments.
Two groups of 11 and 12 players carry out the small sided games adding a free player in the 12 player version.
The final free game is played with 18 players and the two goalkeepers; 5 player work on technical skills alternatively.
The session is inspired by the methodology and the weekly organization of Erreà Academy.
