First weekly session (on Tuesday) after a friendly match.
The session in organized as follow:
• Technical warm-up
• Technical developments for 1 v 1 duels and to finish
• Small sided game to mark the man on and for double marking
• Final game

The 20 available players are divided into 2 groups in the warm up phase and in 2 groups of 5 to work on the technical developments.
A group of 10 players, including a goalkeeper, works on the small sided game.
The session is inspired by the methodology and the weekly organization of Erreà Academy.
