The session is organized as follows:
- Possession game warm up
- 1 vs 1 situations
- Small Sided Game (runs without the ball and overlays)
- Final game
Main objectives of the session are:
- Keep the possession under pressure (individual and inside small groups)
- Free from the marker without the ball
- Timing of runs without ball
- Fast finishing of the moves when outnumbered

The training session is focused on individual and small groups duels (1 v 1 to finish and a small sided game with a 3 v 3 + 3 free players duel and a goalkeeper)
22 players are divided into 2 groups during the warm-up phase and in two groups in the following phases as well.
The 1 v 1 duel phase is divided into two different phases, alternated however :
- The first group with the goalkeeper
- The second one with the goal to dribble over an end line
The small sided game has been organized in a variation version with the same objective:
- 3 v 3 + 1 free player inside the center area of the main duel and the other 3 in the lower area of the field and the goalkeepers
