Second step of the series: team duel.
These are the sequences at the beginning and before the main team duel to finish:
- keep the possession through the free player
- dribble over an end line to gain a point
- dribble over an end line and score in a mini goal without opposition’s pressure
- dribble over an end line and score in a mini goal with full opposition’s pressure

Team duel to build up and play out, to keep the possession and to finish in the mini goals.
Three players of one color, are placed inside the outer areas of the small sided pitch (the dimensions depend on the level and the age of the players), and if they have the possession of the ball, they must pass or dribble among themselves, always moving before and after a pass or a receiving, building up and trying to play out with numerical advantage 3 v 2.
The objective is to pass the ball toward the couple of forwards of the same color inside the opposite outer part of the field, through the free player, and to finish in the mini goal.
The forwards are outnumbered 2 v 3. The defending team’s players must play the same way if they recover the possession.
The free player can play as a low vertex to keep the possession during the counter attack phases.
The center free player can be a field player, or a goalkeeper, who can play handball passes.
