I giocatori sono posizionati su 2 rombi davanti a porta e portiere. A, B, C, D partono in conduzione palla  fino al cinesino alla loro destra e rigiocano palla al compagno dopo cambio di direzione (num 1 con frecce nere). Giocano poi 1-2 con il compagno dalla parte opposta (num 2 con frecce blu). Infine  2 giocatori diventano difensori B e D (num 3 con frecce rosse) e 2 diventano attaccanti A e C (num 4 con  frecce rosse),  giocando la palla passata dall’allenatore.

Players are placed on 2 squares in front of a goal and a goalkeeper. A, B, C, D dribble till the first cone on their right and  pass back after change of direction (num 1 – black arrows). Then they play wall pass with teammates on the other side (num 2 – blue arrows). In the end 2  players become defenders, B and D (num 3 – red arrows) and 2 become attackers A and C (num 4 – red arrows) playing the ball passed by the coach.
